Wedding Party

Sydney Carollo

Maid of Honor

Sydney is the type of friend who, without trying, encourages you to want to be a better version of yourself and a better friend to others. She is a constant light in everyone's life, bringing a smile to those around her and always remembering the small things. When Sarah met Sydney their freshman year of college through their sorority, they clicked instantly and have been friends ever since. With so many things in common, from values to career interests, living down the road from each other, and getting puppies a few months apart, they never run out of things to talk about. Sarah is looking forward to continuing to hit milestones together, raising their dogs together, Bill's game watching, and many more 9-hole golf double dates.

Lexi Nunziato

Bridesmaid

Sarah will never forget the first time she met Lexi. It was on bids night in her dorm room, their bigs were best friends and little did they know at the time, but soon they would be too. It started with both of them being Psychology majors, and then stretched to reserving many study rooms together and spending many hours working on homework for their classes. It felt like their friendship was meant to be when they found out that they didn't grow up too far from each other back home. And thank goodness for that, as this has made for many brunches, walks, and happy hour drinks. Despite Lexi's time in Charlotte, she always made sure we got together when she was home. Sarah can't be more excited that Lexi has officially moved back to Rochester, and for all the memories and fun times together to come.

Maddie Lubel

Bridesmaid

Maddie was always known as the "Mom" of our friend group. She is loving, thoughtful, and cares for her friends like they're family. If Sarah could be on a deserted island with one person, it would be Maddie. She always seems to know what to do under pressure, is resourceful, and, not to mention, knows how to make the best out of every situation. These are just some of the things Sarah admires about Maddie. Sarah remembers meeting Maddie at the lunch table back in middle school and becoming close during their high school days. Following high school, Sarah has found memories of Maddie visiting her at Geneseo and the many adventures in between, from their chairlift talks at Bristol Mountain, to lake nights at Keuka. Maddie is one of the easiest people to talk to. Living less than a mile from each other post-graduate school allowed for many walks through the village of Fairport, porch fires, and late nights out on the town. While she now lives many miles away in Chicago, Sarah looks forward to creating many more memories together during her visits to the 'windy city'.

Taryn Foster

Bridesmaid

Sarah and Taryn's friendship started all the way back in Middle School. While they didn't have any classes together until High School, that didn't stop them from getting together outside of school and becoming long-time friends. Taryn is laugh-out-loud funny and the life of every party. From visiting each other at college, to their homecomings on school breaks, they looked forward to being back in the same town post-graduation. Being down the street from each other has been nothing short of amazing. It's like old times again, and Sarah could not be more grateful to have a long-time friend so close to home.

Nicole Kildea

Bridesmaid

Sarah met Nicole the Fall of her Freshman year at Geneseo when they sat next to each other in their Intro to Logic class and instantly clicked. When Sarah was rushing different sororities that Spring she hoped to get into the sorority Nicole was in. Nicole showed up at her door to reveal herself as Sarah's "Big Sister" she knew in that moment Nicole would one day be beside her on her wedding day. Nicole has been there for every big or small milestone since then. Sarah is grateful to have a loyal friend like Nicole. She's always there to be an ear to talk to,She is the most thoughtful and kind person. Sarah looks forward to having her apart of her special day and every exciting milestone after.

Drew O'Neil

Bridesmaid

Drew's charisma. sense of humor, and passion for making the world a better place is what drew (no pun intended) Sarah to Drew in Geneseo. Drew was Sarah's little in her sorority and someone Sarah looks up to. Her ability to be herself, unapologetically, and speak her mind are just a couple things Sarah admires about Drew. Drew is reliable, and someone you can depend on. It was even more exciting when Sarah and Drew learned they grew up in neighboring towns. Outside of their monthly facetimes, the get togethers when Drew comes into town are sacred. Sarah can't wait to have Drew stand beside her not only on the wedding day but through life.

Taylor Clar

Bridesmaid

Taylor is the older of Alex's two younger sisters. The self proclaimed favorite child was the closest thing that Alex ever had to a brother and followed Alex to Geneseo. Taylor and Sarah quickly became best friends as well, and is a superstar Aunt to Alex and Sarah's pets, Cooper and Otto. Like any younger sibling, Taylor has transitioned from her role of getting Alex in trouble as a kid to being one of his and Sarah's favorite people to hangout with, and we are all looking forward to many more fun times as she recently moved around the corner from Alex and Sarah in Fairport. Sarah is ecstatic to finally have a sister, though it feels like she has had one for years now for how Taylor has treated her from day one.

Lindsey Clar

Bridesman

Alex's youngest sister may not admit it, but also followed in her brother's footsteps (definitely not her sister's) to Geneseo. Lindsey has become the go to for all medical questions as she is an aspiring PA (basically our family Web MD resource). The baby of the family, Lindsey never missed a single game of whatever sport Alex was playing growing up (maybe not be choice), and as a recent college graduate she helps keep Alex and Sarah in the know with what the "cool kids" are up to these days. Sarah never had a sister, but now has two, and loves their daily workouts and ability to see each other as much as they do with their busy schedules. Lindsey is still trying to get Alex and Sarah to "take over Geneseo" with her, though it may be tough with Sarah and Lindsey's 9pm bedtime these days, but expect her to be center of the dance floor on the Wedding night.

John Leva

Best Man

Alex met John when he transferred in to Geneseo his second semester of Freshman year, and they pretty much instantly became inseparable. John not only played on the Geneseo soccer team with Alex, but also was a fellow Accounting major, which meant we had virtually the same class schedule every single year. If that wasn't enough, John lived with Alex his final two years of college, and they might still be living together if John didn't move back home to Long Island after school. But that hasn't stopped them from only growing closer, from annual March Madness get togethers, surprise birthday appearances, trips across the country and everything in between, John is the epitome of a best friend and the perfect best man for Alex.

Matt D'Amico

Groomsman

Alex met Matt during his freshman year at Geneseo when they both made the soccer team, but have only become closer since then. What started as a couple teammates just trying to win some games and have some good times has turned into one of Alex's closest friends. There is never a dull moment with Matt, as he is always up for literally anything, whether that's just hanging out watching the Bills, playing a board game that takes no less than 3 hours, going through the hardest escape room (with absolutely no hints) he can find, or collecting as many different variation of coffees to just come over and do a taste test for fun. Matt is the type of friend that will ride with you no matter what, and that is never more evident than when Alex and Matt go golfing and Matt shoots 30 strokes better than Alex and never complains once about all the balls he is forced to look for in the woods for Alex. a great friend that any guy would be grateful to have in their corner.

Alex Lund

Groomsman

Alex L. is one of Alex C.'s oldest friends, dating back to their elementary school days with Saturday Morning Basketball and youth soccer. Alex and Alex grew up playing sports together, but really became closer in middle school and into high school, hanging out every weekend that their parents would drive them. Once Alex C. could drive, you could almost always find him at the Lund's or Alex L. at the Clar's, drinking Arnold Palmers, eating Country Sweet and doing pretty much nothing, but being together. As they got older, those turned into hangouts at D&Ds, wondering if the wings and beer were cheap and good enough to go there even though it was the only sports bar that didn't show sports (they were). Alex L. is always the first one in for a Bills or Sabres game, and is someone that Alex C. can not see for months, and when they get back together it goes right back to being those kids again that can do nothing, but have an absolute blast together.

Charlie Harrington

Groomsman

Charlie, Sarah's older brother and first best friend. He has lived in New York City since 2012. Alex and Sarah have made an effort to visit him every year and enjoy all the city has to offer. Alex is excited to gain the brother he's never had and always wanted. Alex thought he was a movie buff until he met Charlie, and is still looking to find that one hidden gem that Charlie has yet to see. Don't hold your breath that it happens before the Wedding day.

Trevor Heckathorn

Groomsman

Trevor and Alex met as freshmen at Geneseo when trying out for the Geneseo soccer team. Trevor and Alex have bonded for years over what is the life of being die hard Buffalo sports fans, and Alex has seen first hand the passion that Trevor has for those people (and teams) that he cares most about. Alex was living with Trevor when he and Sarah first started dating, and was at the forefront of the early days of their relationships. Trevor has treated Sarah like a sister from the moment she came into Alex's life. Trevor is always excited to hangout with Sarah and Alex, from impromptu home Beer Olympics on a random Friday night, to double dates throughout Rochester. Alex is looking forward to a lifetime of golf outings and to that elusive Super Bowl win that will come at some point (this year's the year).

Mike Skrzypczyk

Groomsman

Mike was Alex's first friend from Geneseo, who he met on accepted students day the Spring before their freshman year. Mike came right up to Alex asking him if he was trying out for the soccer team, and they have been best buds ever since. Alex and Mike's countless memories from their days on the soccer field to nights out in Geneseo were some of the highlights of Alex's time at school, but more importantly, Alex loved his time just hanging out and not really doing anything with Mike, something they still do to this day any time they can.

Jordan Yehl

Groomsman

Jordan and Alex were random roommates freshman year of college, and man is Alex so eternally grateful that happened. Alex ended up living with Jordan for all four years of college. From spending their first Geneseo nights watching Key & Peele and Tosh.0 in their dorm room, to Jordan storming the field to celebrate Alex's first Geneseo goal, it was clear from day 1 that they were best friends and that would never change. Alex is looking forward to many more memories ahead, including being one of Jordan's daughter's "funcles" for years to come. Rumor has it, Jordan is hoping she grows up to be exactly like Alex.

Ryan LeFrois

Groomsman

Ryan and Alex have been friends since college and lived together for years of college and then during Alex's first postgrad apartment. Alex and Ryan bonded over their common interests, from years of waking up at the crack of dawn to watch their favorite soccer team, to spending hours on end of watching football and basketball and their less than stellar golf game (though it's only gotten better!) Mainly though, these were just reasons for Alex to hangout with Ryan and something that Alex cherished during their years of living together. Though Ryan has since moved to Buffalo, it has not stopped Alex and Ryan from many more of these moments, and many more days of just spending time together.

Tanner Jameson

Officiant

Tanner has been best friends and next-door neighbors with Sarah since they were 6 years old. He has been like a brother to her, celebrating holidays, birthdays, and every milestone in between. Tanner always makes time for his friends. Whether it's a phone call on his way home from work to catch up or making time to see us when he's in town, these efforts symbolize the type of friend Tanner is. Tanner was one of the first people Sarah told about her first date with Alex. It was no surprise that Alex and Tanner clicked right away, sharing a lot of similar interests and styles of humor, making it an easy decision on who we wanted to officiate our wedding.
