Please RSVP on this website by June 15th, 2025.
Please come dressed in Wedding Casual Attire. We're aiming for a laid-back vibe at our outdoor mountain wedding. Think polished but relaxed—no jeans, t-shirts, or dirty sneakers, please! For women: sundresses, matching sets, or nice pants with a cute top. Sandals with your favorite height heel or another comfortable, fashionable shoe. For men: dress pants or chinos with a collared shirt (short or long sleeve). A tie or jacket is optional. Loafers, oxfords, or clean, casual shoes work great. Footwear tip: You'll walk about 200 yards over stone stairs, gravel, and grass between the ceremony and reception, so please consider this when choosing your shoes!
Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors among the Blue Ridge Mountains. While we very much hope for clear skies, in case of inclement weather, tents will be utilized to convert the space, though guests will still inevitably still be exposed to the outdoors at some points and should plan accordingly.
Yes. Shuttles will depart for the ceremony at 4:00 p.m. from the hotel blocks at DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown (across from Embassy Suites) and depart from the venue at 9:00, 10:00, and 11:30 p.m. for return. Guests staying anywhere in downtown Asheville are welcome to take the shuttles for the 15-20 minute ride.
Of course not! There are plenty of other options in the Asheville and Fairview area. If you stay downtown in a different hotel, you are still more than welcome to take advantage of the shuttle from the DoubleTree. Staying closer to our venue in Fairview is also a great option. Please see the "Travel" section for more information.
Yes, there is a lot available for parking at the venue.
As our venue has a strict guest limit, we are unable to invite additional guests beyond those who have received an invitation.
Due to our strict guest limit and the structure of our venue/celebration, we ask that you leave kids at home for our ceremony and reception.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please let us know in your RSVP so we can make accommodations.
Gifts are appreciated, but absolutely not expected. We understand that all of our guests are traveling to join us for our wedding and appreciate that generosity in itself. For those that do wish to give a gift, we have set up multiple 'funds' that you can find on the registry tab. A space will also be set aside at the reception to collect checks and physical gifts for those who choose to gift in this manner.
