House Rules

Max overnight occupancy is 12 people this is strictly enforced. You are required to follow the simple hot tub rules as follows. If you do not follow, you will have to pay $250 to have it drained and refilled. Hot tub rules: You must shower immediately before entering the hot tub. A shower earlier in the day is NOT good enough. You must rinse your bathing suit in the shower as well. You must add shock after each use (but no more than once a day, you may use the hot tub more than that though). No glass in the hot tub No spilling beverages in the hot tub You may arrive as early as 5pm on 9/7 unless otherwise arranged. Check out is 10:30 am SHARP on 9/10, unless otherwise arranged, please ask if you'd like a late check out and we will do our best to accommodate! No smoking allowed! Quiet Hours are 9pm – 9am. Early arrival and late checkouts without approval are subject to fine. The gated communities in Glacier all require all vehicles to be registered. We will need the make, model, plate number and state of all vehicles in your group before arrival to register with the community office, otherwise heavy fines will apply. GUESTS MUST TAKE ALL GARBAGE AND RECYCLING TO THE COMMUNITY DUMPSTER UPON CHECK-OUT so as not to leave odors in the home or attract wildlife. Leaving trash behind is subject to FINE of $50 minimum. We also ask that you load and start the dishwasher upon departure.
Water and Septic

The Property is on Municipal water, and a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER!! If it is found that feminine products, flushable baby wipes, or other products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you may be charged with the costs to clear the septic system blockage.
PARKING

The driveway can accommodate approximately 5-6 cars. All vehicles must be completely off the roads and in the driveways.
Housekeeping

Guests are responsible for cleaning dishes and taking out trash.
Community Rules
...
There is a 15 MPH speed limit in gated communities of Snowline and Mt. Baker Rim. Snowater Community is only 10 MPH. These are enforced by radar. Fines will result. Tricking the front gate is NOT allowed, and is monitored by video surveillance. Fines will result. ONLY ONE CAR AT A TIME IS PERMITTED THROUGH THE GATE! Parking in the streets will result in fines. Violation of the quiet times will result in fines.
