The Parthenon stands proudly as the centerpiece of Centennial Park, Nashville's premier urban park. The re-creation of the 42-foot statue Athena is the focus of the Parthenon just as it was in ancient Greece. The building and the Athena statue are both full-scale replicas of the Athenian originals.

The Ryman Auditorium is the most famous former home of the Grand Ole Opry (1943-1974), and the Opry show returns to the historic building a few times throughout the year for Opry Country Classics and Opry at the Ryman. The Ryman is also host to numerous concerts and events throughout the year.

The country's largest food hall debuted in Nashville back in 2021 with 30+ new dining and drinking options at the new mixed-use development on Broadway. In 1912, in a copper kettle at the Standard Candy Company at Clark & First Avenue in Nashville, TN, America's first combination candy bar was invented, the Goo Goo Cluster, which is a tasty combination of nuts, caramel, nougat, and milk chocolate in a deliciously rounded cluster. Check out their location, which is a gift shop, ice cream parlor and more!

You'll also find some great Nashville murals!
