Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal attire. Please dress to impress! We know it's summer but, no sandals or shorts.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are an adult only wedding, please make appropriate plans for families.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large lot located at the Thursday Club with free and ample parking. You also can easily catch an Uber or Lyft from either hotels in Old-town Pasadena which is an 8-10 minute drive away.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive promptly by 4 pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please contact the Bride, Groom, or Mother of the Bride to make the accommodations for you. There will be a vegan and Kosher options for those with dietary restrictions. We will be sending out formal invitations with a food selection closer to our wedding.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, but we will only be serving two cocktails (his / hers drinks), one with Tequila and one with Bourbon. Also we will hand select two wines, an amazing white and an amazing red (Ryan is hard at work on this). And a few beers will be offered. If your drink of choice isn't on here then I guess you can bring a flask, cause it's going to be a party.

COVID-19 Safety and Precautions

As we’re sure you can imagine, we are closely monitoring COVID and how it will impact our wedding plans. We are thrilled that we are one step closer to celebrating with you, and your health and safety continue to be our priority. As such, we are asking all guests who are attending our wedding in person to please be vaccinated prior to the wedding. If vaccination is not possible (and we understand it may not be), we ask that you please take a COVID test 48-72 hours prior to our wedding. Please email a copy of your negative test result to the mother of the bride, Evy Bell, at evkallman@gmail.com. We apologize for any convenience this may cause, as we respectfully remind you that no guest will be admitted to our celebration without proof of a negative test if unvaccinated.
