Where is the reception being held?

Our reception will take place at the venue listed on your invitation and on this website. If you need help finding it, feel free to reach out. We recommend allowing a little extra travel time so you can arrive relaxed and ready to celebrate.

What time should I arrive at the wedding reception?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests plan to arrive at the reception around 7:00 PM. The venue is reserved for a specific timeframe, so arriving on time helps us make the most of the evening we’ve planned with everyone. If you’re able to come a little earlier, that’s even better! It will give everyone time to settle in, grab a drink, and get comfortable before the festivities begin.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Our dress code is cream and champagne. We kindly ask guests to wear these colors to help create the soft, romantic atmosphere we’ve envisioned for the evening. Think elegant, light neutrals—anything within the cream or champagne family will fit beautifully.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on the invitation. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer open plus-ones. If you’re unsure whether a guest has been included with your invitation, please feel free to reach out to us. Any additional guests must be approved well in advance, as our venue has a strict capacity.

Of course! We love capturing memories. Feel free to take photos and share them with us after the celebration. If sharing to social media, feel free to use our hashtag #GarciaSoftlyEverAfter.

When is the latest I can send the deposit?
Answer
July 1st is the latest to send $70 to secure your spot at the restaurant. After July 1st, we won’t be able to guarantee your spot at the restaurant, as deposits are required to confirm reservations.

Are children allowed?

We kindly ask that only the individuals named on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding!

What does my deposit cover?
Answer
Your deposit will cover your choice of a Mediterranean appetizer, meal and dessert. Menu will be provided at the event.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
There won’t be an open bar, but drinks can be purchased individually at the time of ordering. Thank you for understanding!
