The dress code is Western Black Tie — think formal meets frontier. Men: Tuxedo or dark suits; bolo ties, cowboy hats, and cowboy boots encouraged. Our guest list is limited. Only those named on your invitation are invited. Thank you for understanding!

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from Copper Rose Ranch on the wedding day. The bus will pick guest up at 4:15pm from the Home2 Suites in Livingston. The address is 1625 W Park St, Livingston, MT 59047. The bus will take guest back to the the Home2 Suites after the wedding. There will be a 10pm and 11pm departure time from the wedding venue. If you choose to drive to the venue, there will be parking available.

What’s the best way to get there?

Answer

The nearest airport is Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), about a 45-minute drive from Livingston. We recommend booking a rental car for the weekend.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests put phones away during the ceremony — our photographer will capture everything! You’re welcome to take photos and videos during the reception.

What will the weather be like?

July in Montana is warm during the day (mid-80s°F) and cool at night (50s°F). Bring a light jacket for the evenings.

Who should I contact with questions the weekend of the wedding?

Answer

We will have text communication being sent all weekend long with updates and reminders, however, should you have more questions, please send all your questions to a family member who is not getting married that weekend. :)
