Question

Should I bring kids?

Answer

The wedding will be adult-centered and have an open bar, but kids are definitely welcome. If needed, there is a "kids room" upstairs with a TV, couch, and some toys available for use.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want guest to be comfortable. Tuxedos and stilettos not needed but dressing up is encouraged.

I'm from out of town -- how do I get around?

Answer

Getting to the wedding venue requires transportation and the area itself is not walkable. Uber and lyft are available, as well as car rental services. Once at the venue all wedding activities are within walking distance, including rental cottages, a gift shop, and a brewery.

What if I'm interested in renting an onsite cottage?

Answer

We plan on renting a cottage at The Mill at Fine Creek for the night of the wedding and encourage others to do the same, especially fellow out-of-towners. Availability is limited so booking early is highly recommended. Also, since reception ends at 11pm, we plan to continue the party at a bonfire near the cottages. The more of us that rent them out, the less chance there is of someone complaining! Contact James or Alex if you want to discuss, or set up a block reservation.
