Our reception will be located at an Inn with plenty of rooms available. If a hotel is outside of your budget please contact the Bride, as her parents have offered to host guests in their home in Spencer including a ride back there after the reception.
The ceremony begins PROMPTLY at 2:00pm. Please plan to arrive PRIOR TO 1:45pm. Entrance to the ceremony is not permitted during the processional.

Yes! People of all faiths are invited to join us at the ceremony. If you do not wish to receive the eucharist (the bread), at the time of communion you may cross your arms over your chest and receive a blessing from the priest instead.
For the ceremony, the church street entrance requires a flight of stairs to enter. If you wish to avoid stairs you can use the elevator located directly across from the handicapped parking at the church street entrance, OR enter through the back of the church on prospect street next to the other handicapped parking section, there are no stairs when entering from the back of the church. The reception does not require stairs to enter.
The drive time is approximately 21 minutes from the Church (Mary Queen of the Rosary, Spencer) to the reception (The Publick House Historic Inn, Sturbridge) Time spent catching up with family/ friends in the parking lot until you actually make it to your car not included.
The ceremony is at 2pm; it will last approximately 1 hour and conclude around 3pm. The drive from the ceremony to the reception is approximately 21 minutes. The cocktail hour will begin at 4pm to allow ample time for guests to travel from the ceremony to the reception. If you find yourself with a little extra time before the cocktail hour begins you may want to check into your hotel room, grab a tea or coffee at the Publick House bakery or one of the local coffee shops, or spend a few minutes enjoying the beautiful grounds at the Public House Historic Inn.
There is ample parking at both the ceremony and reception.
Yes! After the conclusion of the reception all are welcome to join us for an afterparty located on site at the Publick House Inn at "the cottage".
