Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance on the big day

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to The Grandview no later than 6:20pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided from the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. Shuttle service starts at 6:00pm to the Grandview on the Wedding Day

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue

Are kids invited?

Yes! But we’ll leave the decision up to you if you’d like to bring your little one/s

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal Attire, please. Black Tie Optional. Gentlemen- Suits or Tuxedos and Dress Shoes. Ladies- Floor-length evening gowns and Heels.

Where will the ceremony be held?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors overlooking the Hudson River

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony and we ask that phones be put away so that our lovely photographer can capture every moment

I have a food allergy/special dietary needs, can I make a special request?
