When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. Our RSVP deadline will be January 8th 2027. If we do not receive an RSVP by this date we will mark you as "No" as we need to provide the venue with a total guest count.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get into the Old Hollywood/ Gatsby theme and dress up with us! We request you wear formal attire, black tie optional. For woman, this means midi, tea, or full length dresses. For men, suits and dress shoes are encouraged. Please no sneakers, jeans, or casual wear. Ladies, please no white, off-white, cream, or ivory. Does your Venue have Parking?

Answer

Yes! The BVI has a large parking lot right when you pull in situated in front of the restaurant portion of the venue.

Are Children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones this will be an Adult Only event.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you receive a plus one they will be addressed on your formal wedding invitation and RSVP

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at our venue 15-20 minutes prior to the start. We will be closing the doors promptly at 5, and no entry will be allowed in until after the ceremony.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes! The BVI has a hotel on site. Although we will not be blocking rooms at any other accommodations on our travel page there are other local options.

What type of food will you be serving?

Answer

We will be serving 3 different hors d'oeuvres at our cocktail hour as well as 3 different main meals. These will be inclusive to dietary and allergy restrictions. There will be an option for everyone to choose from on their RSVP

Smoking Policy

Answer

Our venue will have one designated patio area that smoking is permitted. There is no smoking in the main venue space or hotel.
