As our wedding will be held at a private residence, parking will not be available at the venue. We kindly ask all guests to park at the Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton, regardless of whether you are staying overnight. For those not booking a room, a $10 parking fee applies. To ensure a seamless experience, we’ve arranged a shuttle service for transportation between the hotel and the wedding venue. Getting to the Venue The shuttle will depart from the Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton and make two trips to the venue: - First Departure: 2:30 PM - Second Departure: 3:30 PM These departures are scheduled to ensure all guests arrive on time for the ceremony. Returning from the Venue For guests wishing to leave earlier, a shuttle will return to the hotel at midnight. If you choose to stay and celebrate with us into the night, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation back, such as a taxi or Uber. For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton for the night of our wedding. While it’s not mandatory to reserve a room, you are welcome to do so at your leisure. Please note that to take advantage of the block room rate, reservations must be made on or before May 21, 2025. The group rate at the Marriott is $209 + tax. If you're unable to book a room there, we've also reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Holiday Inn at the same rate.

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Hamilton for the night of our wedding. While it’s not mandatory to reserve a room, you are welcome to do so at your leisure. Please note that to take advantage of the block room rate, reservations must be made on or before May 19, 2025. The group rate at the Holiday Inn is $209 + tax. To reserve your room, please use the link provided above. Select your desired date (June 21, 2025), then change the Rate Preference from Best Available to Group Rate. Enter the code ALG to access the special group rate. You will then be able to select the room type of your choice. If you wish to extend your stay for multiple nights at the Holiday Inn, we kindly ask that you contact the hotel directly.
