It all began on September 10, 2017, when Evrard was simply minding his business on the terrace floor of their dorm at Central Michigan University. That was until he saw Lexi walking down the hallway. He wasn’t planning on saying anything, but something about her made him stop in his tracks. Unable to resist, he told her she was cute and asked for her number. From that night on, they have been inseparable. Through college graduation, navigating the challenges of the pandemic, and moving back to the DMV, their journey has been filled with love, laughter, and an unbreakable support system. They’ve built a life rooted in deep friendships, shared passions, and a love for adventure—whether it’s traveling, staying active, or indulging in their favorite reality shows and movies. Music has been a core part of their bond, with both having impeccable taste across genres, constantly curating the soundtrack to their love story. Their love story reached a new chapter in December 2023 when Evrard proposed on a magical trip to Spain. Just a few months later, in March 2024, they took another big step by purchasing their first home together. With a strong sense of family—both by blood and by choice—they are beyond excited to celebrate this next chapter with the people who have been part of their journey all along.
