Elwood Haynes Museum

Elwood Haynes was an metallurgist and inventor. He designed the first “horseless carriage” in 1891. Then with the help of the Apperson Brothers the first automobile was produced in 1893 right here in Kokomo! This museum is available to visit as a free will donation.
