When is the ceremony?

We are exchanging private vows at a destination with our immediate family following our reception.

Why is the reception before the ceremony?

Answer

We wanted a small destination wedding, but realized we wanted to celebrate with more family and friends than we could accommodate! So instead of a reception following our vows, we wanted to have a "send off soirée" to celebrate our marriage.

Is the send off soirée the reception?

Answer

Yes! This is our only reception and celebration for our wedding.

Will there be a plated dinner?

Answer

No. We will be providing appetizers, drinks, and desserts, but no dinner.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We ask that you leave your children at home. This is an adult-only event. Thank you for your understanding.

Is the reception an open house or is there a schedule?

Answer

Although we aren't doing a traditional reception, we are still incorporating events throughout the night, so we ask that guests arrive between 6pm-6:30pm.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, the gravel lot right when you pull into the venue will be our parking lot, and a golf cart will transport you to and from the tent.
