Our wedding is Black Tie Optional. This means men can wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie, while women can wear a long gown, cocktail dress, or dressy separates. Please note that our Catholic church has a strict dress code—no jeans, khakis, or casual wear. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!
We recommend arriving at the venue by 5:30 p.m. to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and get settled before the wedding begins at 6:00 pm. Due to church guidelines, late arrivals may not be able to enter.
Yes, there will be transportation from the Omni Hotel Fort Worth to St. Patrick's Cathedral. Buses will leave the Omni Hotel Fort Worth starting at 5:15 pm. The last bus will leave at 5:30 pm.
The ceremony and reception are two blocks apart (less than a 5 minute walk).
Saint Patrick’s Cathedral is just two blocks from the Omni Fort Worth Hotel, so we encourage guests to walk if they’re able. Limited parking is available in small lots next to the cathedral and off Texas and Jennings Streets, with free street parking nearby on weekends. For a map, visit: https://www.stpatrickcathedral.org/home/join-us-for-mass Guests are welcome to park at the Fort Worth Club (306 W. 7th Street) for the reception—or even for both the ceremony and reception, since it’s just a short walk to Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. The Club’s garage entrance is off West Seventh Street, just before the green awning. The Fort Worth Club will validate your parking--just make sure to bring your ticket up to the reception after mass.
