The venue will be shared once RSVPs are confirmed and closed. This helps us ensure we can properly accommodate all guests. If the location has already been shared with you, we kindly ask that you keep this information private.
Please plan to arrive by 2:30 PM to allow time for parking and to be seated. You will not be allowed entry onto the ceremony pavilion after 2:50 pm.
Our dress code is Black Tie attire in the colors shades of melanin or neutral tones (think browns, tans, nudes, earth tones, or muted colors). Ladies think Floor or tea-length dresses. Men think suit & tie • Please avoid: gym shoes, jeans, or overly casual attire. • Ceremony & Reception: Ceremony will be outside under a pavilion & reception will be indoors, • Cocktail Hour: Will be outdoors if weather permits — you may want to bring a light layer or comfortable shoes for walking. • Reception Tip: Bring a pair of comfy shoes if you’d like to dance the night away after formal photos are complete. • Color Request: Kindly refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory, or any shade of white — those are reserved for the bride.
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adult-only celebration (18 and up). The only exceptions are children in the wedding party!
To keep our day intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that you respect our wishes, as there will not be extra seating or meals for unlisted guests.
Our ceremony will be completely unplugged. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our day. Please respect this request by keeping phones and cameras put away. Guests who do not comply may be respectfully asked to leave. After all formal dances are complete during the reception you may take all the photos and videos that your heart desires! Please use the hashtag #amatorylovestory when posting any memories from the night! We can’t wait for you to be fully present with us in the moment!

Please RSVP by July 3, 2026. We highly encourage early RSVP! If you know you’ll be joining us, kindly RSVP “yes” before then. If you are unable to attend, please RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly. Any RSVPs not received by the deadline will be marked as a “no.” While we will miss you dearly, this deadline ensures our vendors have enough time to prepare for our celebration.
Please feel free to reach out to the bride with any questions via text at 769-232-4348 (text only, please). This number will be available for inquiries up until 60 days before the wedding. Once we reach the two-month mark, this section will be updated with the contact information for our wedding planner/coordinator, who will handle all communications moving forward.
