For accommodations, we suggest exploring rental options through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Unsalted Rentals. While Saugatuck offers charming cottage-style lodgings, chain hotels can be found in downtown Holland, approximately 20 minutes from our venue. We're happy to help you find the perfect place to stay for our celebration. If you’re looking to coordinate lodging with other guests, feel free to contact us! We’re happy to help you connect with people on the guest list to plan shared Airbnb/rental stays or other accommodations.

What is the weather like in Saugatuck?
Answer
Late May in Saugatuck typically brings mild spring weather, with daytime temperatures around 60–70°F and cooler evenings in the 40s–50s. Being close to Lake Michigan, it can feel breezier and a bit cooler near the water, especially in the evening. Guests can expect a mix of sunshine and occasional rain, so we recommend light layers and a jacket just in case

Our dress code is semi-formal, with a touch of garden party elegance. Ladies, we recommend cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can opt for suits with or without ties. Floral prints and light, festive attire are warmly encouraged! While our venue features a temperature-controlled greenhouse and indoor spaces, we hope to host our cocktail hour in the charming courtyard, weather permitting.

To RSVP, simply visit our wedding website's dedicated RSVP page. We kindly request that you submit your response by April 18, 2027 to help us finalize our wedding arrangements.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is limited at our venue, so we recommend carpooling or using our provided shuttle and taxi services. Detailed transportation information will be shared soon. Please note that ridesharing may be unreliable in this area.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
Our wedding venue is perfectly prepared for any weather scenario. The ceremony will take place in our climate-controlled greenhouse, ensuring comfort regardless of outdoor conditions. While we hope to host cocktail hour in the charming courtyard, we have seamless backup plans. If needed, we'll quickly relocate to the main building or reconfigure the greenhouse to accommodate our guests. Since Southwest Michigan's May weather can be wonderfully unpredictable, we're ready for anything!

We've chosen to have our special moments professionally captured, so we kindly ask that guests put away their cameras and phones during the ceremony. This allows everyone to be fully present and enjoy our wedding celebration, while our photographers document every beautiful detail.

Yes, we're thrilled to provide an open bar during our wedding reception, offering complimentary drinks for all our guests throughout the celebration.

How will dinner be served?
Answer
Dinner will be served buffet-style and will include a selection of beef and chicken, fresh salad, seasonal vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, and other accompaniments. A vegan option will also be available upon request, is gluten-free, and we promise it’s a good one!
