Here's the long answer....Luis and I LOVE children. Like I can get a little creepy gazing at passing toddlers. Unfortunately our venue only allows for a small amount of children before wanting us to bring in baby sitting for every x-amount over what they believe is "manageable". For that reason we are only able to include the children in the wedding party as well as the few children of those family/friends coming in from out of town, as we feel it would be an added difficulty to expect them to find child care. We hope this is understandable.
We highly encourage taking advantage of affordable transport services such as Lyft or Uber. Heritage Square Museum is located off of the 110 Freeway and while there is ample parking available, both the lot and the street leading to Heritage Square Museum are narrow.
Parking is amply available in the lot to the right of the museum entrance gate at the end of Homer Street. Again we encourage taking advantage of ride sharing services because Homer Street can become a single lane road when cars are parked on both sides leading up to Heritage Square and the museum parking lot.
Cocktail Attire Appreciated: Anything from cocktail dresses to dressy jumpsuits and all that falls in between. Men- a clean shirt would be a good start. Probably run an iron over your slacks.
Our wedding is fully outdoors and the terrain is a mix of dirt, grass, and pebbles so choose your footwear accordingly.
