Reno is a tourist city with a lot of Airbnb options, hotels and casinos! We will not be reserving any hotel room blocks for guests. If you are wanting to stay with or near any other guests coming, please organize with one another to do so.
We are getting married at the beautiful Rancho San Rafael Regional Park within the Wilbur D. May Arboretum. There are several ways to enter the park, but the closest entrance to Arboretum is off of N Sierra St. Once you turn into the park you can park in the first or second parking lot you pass. We will set up signage to make it easy to find us. If you look up Wilbur D. May Arboretum, on any navigation app, it will take you to the parking lot that is closest to the reception.
May in Reno is beautiful. Expect it to be warm to hot. We will be holding the ceremony outside and the reception will be indoors/outdoors. The wedding is formal dress. It is a spring wedding held in a garden, so we encourage everyone to wear their favorite spring/summer colors!
We understand it's so much fun to bring someone to a wedding, however we have a small guest list based off of what can be accommodated at our venue. Those that were given a plus one will be stated so on their invitation weather it's addressed to yourself and "guest" or your plus one's name was on the invitation's envelope. You will also see your plus one show up with your name when you RSVP on our wedding website.
