We recommend that you arrive Thursday evening to attend the ceremony and reception on Friday. In LA, traffic can be unpredictable so planning ahead is key!

The easiest way to get from LAX to Hotel Indigo is via Uber or Lyft. Please visit the website below for more information on how to get these services at LAX. There are LAXIT shuttles to the designated ride share area on the lower level of the airport.

The discounted room booking window is now closed. If you need a room and have not yet booked, please reach out to Alex and she will see if the Hotel can accommodate a discounted room.
Hotel
Hotel valet parking is $22 for the event. Overnight hotel guest parking rates are viewable when the rooms are booked. Directly across from the hotel there is self-parking for $15 per 12 hours. This lot is not operated by the hotel but is open to the public!
