Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please reply by July 1, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 4:30 pm to allow enough time for parking, walking, and seating. As an advanced notice, the parking lot is about a half mile walk from the ceremony site.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire for the wedding is cocktail/casual. The venue has light gravel and wood chips outdoors, with an uphill walk between the ceremony and reception sites. The ceremony will have hay bale seating with coverings provided for comfort. Please keep this in mind for your shoe and dress choice.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we believe the more the merrier, we are limiting plus ones to those listed in the formal invitation.

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will not be any arranged transportation, so please plan accordingly. Uber and Lyft are great options, especially if you plan to drink. However, if required for mobility reasons, there will be transportation to and from the ceremony and reception sites.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Please park in lots 115 or 116. This is about a quarter-mile walk from the venue. There is limited parking next to the venue. These spots will be reserved for vendors and those with limited mobility. To reach lots 115 and 116, enter the UCSC campus via the Main Entrance. Continue up Coolidge Drive. Turn right at the first light onto Carriage House Road and park. Walk back across Coolidge Drive, then turn left onto Ranch View Road. The Hay Barn is on your right. No permit is required on weekends.
