FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know by July 1st at the latest if you are able to join us!

Question

Why are there separate groups of guests? How do I know which one I am in?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with everyone at the reception! We are choosing to have a more intimate ceremony, and are therefore limiting attendance to close friends and family of Taylor and Alex for this portion of the celebration.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

CEREMONY+RECEPTION GUESTS: The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm with shuttles departing from the designated location at 3:45pm. If you are not taking the shuttle, please plan to arrive by 4:15pm so we can get the party started on time! RECEPTION-ONLY GUESTS: Cocktail hour will begin at 5pm with a shuttle departing from the designated location at 4:30pm. If you are not taking the shuttle, plan to arrive by 5pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the number of loved ones we have invited, we are limiting invites to whoever we addressed on your mailed invitation/is listed when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids! Unfortunately, we are hosting a child-free event. We are hopeful that you will enjoy the night off and are happy to provide local babysitting options to anyone interested.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Driving to/parking at the venue in your own vehicle is discouraged. We strongly recommend using the shuttle service we are providing (see "Travel" tab for more information) so that you can fully relax and enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service will depart from and return to designated locations in Seattle (TBD for pick-up, Capitol Hill for drop-off), both of which will be in better locations for rideshares/taxis at the end of the night.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to feel comfortable and confident, so dress however makes you feel best. That said, there are a few things to note when choosing your outfit. The venue is outdoors for both the ceremony and reception, and walking areas consist of grass, pebbles, and pavers. We recommend bringing a layer for warmth and skipping any super high heels/stilettos!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Head to the "Schedule" tab to plan for all of the weekend's festivities.
