This is an outdoor/heated tent event. Hoping for the best weather but could be a little chilly
Parking on site is limited, there will be a guide and shuttle to parking lot. Please arrive a little early to allow time to be shuttled
If you are staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle running to and from the event
