Our Story

August 9, 2024 Allie attends the wedding of her lifelong friend, Madeline. Tyler attends the wedding of his cousin, Madeline. (It’s the same wedding.) (It’s fate.) On the way to this wedding, Jack asks Alicia if Tyler is single... he is. Allie and Tyler don't talk at the wedding, but nevertheless, their first couple photo is below. Alicia asks Ethan what he thinks about setting Allie and Tyler up on a date. They'd be perfect. August 29, 2024 Hinge beats Alicia and Ethan to the punch, and Allie and Tyler match on Hinge. September 2, 2024 Allie and Tyler go on their first date, to which Tyler shows up an hour early for in anxious preparation. Allie wins mini golf, probably because Tyler is so nervous. Allie texts her mom the score card (see below). The most wonderful year passes. September 27th, 2025 The two hiked Willard on a beautiful fall morning and Tyler got down on one knee.
