We’re hoping to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony in August, weather permitting! It’ll be a short 15–30 minute event, but if the weather isn’t ideal, we’ll move things indoors to keep everyone comfortable.
Yes, the dress code is garden formal attire! Our guests should dress to impress while keeping comfort in mind for a possible outdoor ceremony (indoor reception no matter what!). Think elegant, polished looks with a touch of floral flair: flowy dresses, linen or light suits, and soft seasonal colors are all perfect for the setting.
We are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation.
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite.
Yes! There is on-site parking and free parking downtown as well.
Please keep your phones away during the entirety of the ceremony! We have a photographer who will handle all of our pictures. After the ceremony, take all the pictures you want!
Yes! Our venue, the Tidewater Inn has a room block for our guests to stay. Please refer to the "Hotel" section of our website for more information and for other hotel recommendations in the area.
