Allentown Bethlehem Easton Airport (ABE)

This is our local airport in the Lehigh Valley. I would HIGHLY recommend flying in and out of this airport since it is 15 minutes from the hotels, church and venue. A lot of times there is a layover in Philly or Newark that is actually a shuttle bussing you to ABE for the second leg. This ends up making the more expensive flight worth it since you will not need to uber from Newark and bus or uber from Philly.

This is the airport usually with the best pricing and most of the time direct. But the Newark airport is 75 minutes from the Lehigh Valley so you will want to coordinate with family and friends to split the cost of a ride!

Philadelphia Airport

The Philly airport is about 90 minutes from the Lehigh Valley. This would be a great airport to fly in and out of if you want to stay through the weekend and explore Philadelphia. (If you want any recommendations in Philly, Ally would LOVE to give you some!!)

Shuttle for out-of-town Hotel Guests

We’ve arranged two buses to transport out-of-town guests staying at Hotel Bethlehem, The Courtyard or Fairfield Inn to the church. The pick-up time will be 2:20 PM at the Fairfield Inn and Courtyard, and it will be first come, first served. After the ceremony, the same buses will take guests to the reception, leaving around 4:20 PM. At the end of the evening, the buses will return hotel guests to their respective hotels. We hope this makes your day a little easier and more enjoyable!
