FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To ensure accurate head counts your invitation will indicate whether or not you can bring a date or plus one. We ask that you refrain from bringing an extra guest with you unless it's been indicated on your invitation that we have the space at the venue to allow an extra guest.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the venue for anyone who chooses to drive. Please note that the lot is not paved, and the terrain will be uneven, and potentially muddy or dusty when planning on driving your car to the venue. The venue has on-site transportation from the parking lot to the ceremony area for those that need it.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Whilst we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We were unable to find a shuttle service that worked for the day. Please plan to transport yourself to and from the venue!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 pm, so we ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to find a seat before we start the day. We ask that no guests arrive any earlier than one hour before the start of the ceremony.

Question

What if I arrive late to the ceremony?

Answer

Although we hope all of our guests can arrive on time, we recognize that things happen, and sometimes you can't avoid running late. Any guests who arrive while the ceremony is underway will be asked to wait at a designated location away from ceremony seating to avoid interruption.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want our closest friends and family to match our vibe for the day and get dressed up with us! Please plan to wear cocktail attire for the event. And pretty please, don't wear white.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar both during cocktail hour, and the reception. For one hour during dinner, the open bar will be closed for a restocking period. Additionally, during this time, our party, and family members will be giving their speeches and special dances will take place. We ask all guests to be fully present in this moment. Although we hope our guests indulge and have fun, we ask that everyone maintain a safe level of alcohol consumption, and not overindulge.
