Do I need to book through Travelsmiths?

For the best experience, best pricing, and to stay within our group, we kindly ask you to book through our travel agency.

What dates should I go?

Answer

You must book for a 3 night minimum. The Bride and Groom will be there from July 21st to July 27th. As long as you can make it, we will be thrilled with however many days you choose to vacation with us!

Do you have to stay at Dreams Resort & Spa

In order to attend the wedding, guests must stay at Dreams Resort & Spa.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Since this is an international trip, you do need a passport. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don’t already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. The expiration date must be at least 6 months after your return date of travel.

When is the deposit due and how much is it?

Answer

There is a non-refundable deposit that is required to secure your room. RSVP and Deposit are due by October 25, 2025. It is $200 per adult and $ 50 per child.

The final payment is due February 23, 2026.

How will I get from the airport to resort?

Answer

Transportation via shuttle to our resort will be provided for all of our guests. This is a roundtrip shared group transfer, meaning only guests of our particular group who are arriving or departing on the same flight. Vehicle sizes will vary.

Do I book my own airfare?

Answer

You can book your own airfare or you can have the travel agent book it for you! If you book your own flight, you will need to share your flight info with TravelSmiths so they can book your shuttle. If you have the travel agent book your airfare, there is a $50 fee per ticket if purchasing with dollars, or a $100 fee if you chose to purchase with miles or points.

Your presence is our gift, but should you feel you still would like to get us something you can check out our registry tab.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. We kindly ask you to arrive and be seating no later than ten minutes prior.

What time does your reception end?

The reception will be from to 6:00-9:00pm.
