Where is my RSVP card?

Answer

Please see our wedding website to RSVP and make your dinner selection.

Question

Is there a hotel we can stay at?

Answer

Yes! We have hotel block at Hotel Warner in downtown West Chester for anyone who wants to stay. See the Travel section for more info.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

That's the plan! Ceremony and cocktail hour will (hopefully!) be held outside while the dinner and dancing will be in the ballroom.

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle taking guests from the Hotel Warner in West Chester to the venue and 2 shuttles times back to the hotel after the wedding. The shuttle will be departing from Hotel Warner at 230. There will be 2 shuttles taking guests back after the reception: 845 and 915

Can I uber to the venue?

Answer

Yes and no. You can Uber to the venue but as it’s a state park the gates close at sunset and most Uber drives won’t drive around the gates. We recommend Ubering to the venue and plan on taking the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Where is this place?

Answer

As you can see on the formal invitation the venue is located within the Ridley Creek State Park. The coordinates provided on your Details card are the best way to locate the exact venue. You can also use the destination "Parque" or "Hunting Hill Mansion". There is a large parking lot in front of the mansion.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire- Men: Suits and ties Women: floor length or midi dress Please no jeans!

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! Come help us celebrate and keep the party going! We are hosting an after party at the Split Rail Tavern- 15 N. Walnut St West Chester PA

When do I RSVP- what if I miss the date?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by August 7th. We have a strict deadline with our venue so if we do not receive your RSVP by August 7th we assume that you cannot attend. Unfortunately after this deadline we cannot add or alter our guest count.

Question

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. You may arrive and begin to be seated at 3pm at the venue. There will be attendants and sign to guide you to the ceremony space.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We hired a really awesome guy who is a professional to do this so you don't have to! We ask that you refrain from photos during the ceremony so you can be fully engaged. We promise we'll share the photos with everyone!
