When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 1st so we can finalize seating and catering numbers.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. Color and/or patterns are encouraged!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving to the venue at 4:00 to ensure ample time to park and find the ceremony area. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Louisville East. You can book your room by going to the "hotel" tab above.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking for our guests. However, there is no overnight parking permitted.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) and the reception will take place inside.

What time does the event end?

The reception will end at 10pm.

Can I bring a date?

You may bring a date if you have a plus one on your RSVP. Otherwise, no plus ones are permitted.

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?
