You've Got Questions — We've Got Answers! As we prepare to tee off on the biggest day of our lives, we know you may have some questions. From attire to timing and everything in between, we’ve gathered all the important details to keep your weekend on par. Our goal is to help you navigate the day smoothly — no hazards, just plenty of celebrations ahead. We look forward to sharing this special moment with you (and with plenty of golf puns, clearly)! What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on Saturday, August 29th, 2026, at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving by 4:30pm to mingle and get seated before the ceremony begins. After we say our vows, please join us for cocktail hour, followed by the reception in the nearby Poplar Barn. Please note that if you have not arrived by the time guests are seated for the ceremony (approx. 4:50pm), access to the venue will be restricted, and unfortunately, you will be unable to attend both the ceremony and the reception.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by Wednesday, July 29, 2026 — one month before the wedding. To RSVP, you can click on the RSVP tab here on our website. This helps us finalize guest counts, seating arrangements, and all the fun details that make the day special. We truly appreciate your timely response!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is elevated cocktail attire; suits and formal dresses are welcome, as well as slacks & sport jackets and cocktail dresses. Because our ceremony will be outdoors on grass, we just ask that you keep that in mind when picking your shoes — we want you to be comfortable and enjoy every moment!

Can I bring a guest?

We’ve carefully planned the guest list, so plus ones are limited to those specifically mentioned on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to create a special and intimate celebration for everyone.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore all your little ones, in order to keep our celebration manageable, we’ve decided to limit child attendance to only the children of those in the wedding party. We hope you understand this was a thoughtful decision made with love and logistics in mind.

Is there an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’re having an unplugged ceremony to keep the moment focused on the vows and God, so we kindly ask guests to put away phones and cameras during that time.

Are you registered somewhere?

Answer

We won’t be having a traditional gift registry. Instead, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund in lieu of gifts, so friends and family who wish to contribute can help us create unforgettable memories together.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We haven’t set up a hotel block, but we’ve put together a list of nearby hotels with a variety of price points and distances from the venue. You can find all the details on our Travel page.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking will be managed by the amazing parking staff who will direct you upon arrival. For your convenience, golf carts will be available to shuttle guests from the parking area to the ceremony space. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!
