Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation provided to and from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Newton and the Hilton Garden Inn in Rockaway. Shuttles from the Holiday Inn Express and Suites will board at 4:45pm and depart promptly at 4:55pm. Shuttles from the Hilton Garden Inn will board at 4:30pm and depart promptly at 4:40pm Transportation for departure back to the Holiday In and Hilton will be available between 11-12am. **Uber/Lyft availability from the venue is limited. Please plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm sharp! Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start time. There will be a bubbly bar as well as live music to enjoy upon arrival :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is formal attire. This means slightly less formal than black tie. For men, we recommend a formal dark suit. For women, we recommend an evening dress, long or mid-length. Wear comfortable shoes to dance in!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation is addressed to you and does not say "and guest" we expect to see you and only you in attendance. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Valet service is available to all guests. If a car needs to be left overnight in the parking lot that is okay too!

What is our venue doing in terms of COVID-19?

Bear Brook Valley continues to comply with the state of New Jersey's guidelines and the CDC's safety recommendations. *All rules and restrictions are based off current government regulations which are subject to change.
