Question

How do I R.S.V.P. for the wedding?

Answer

For now, we are just sending out save the dates, but when you get your formal invitation, you will be able to RSVP right here on our website!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests please wear semi-formal attire - think suits and cocktail dresses :)

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the dock outside - weather permitting! All other spaces in our venue are both indoor and outdoor.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking attendants guiding guests on where to park for both the ceremony and reception! If you are leaving your car overnight, please make sure that it is picked up by 9:00am the following morning.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 3:30pm to grab a welcome drink and find a seat :)

Can we take photos during the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We will be using a Google Photos album, where everyone can share their photos to an event album using the QR codes posted throughout the venue :)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms for our guests at the Lancaster Arts Hotel, but you are more than welcome to find your own accommodations if desired!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have planned transportation for both two and from the venue! A trolley will be making two trips from the Lancaster Arts Hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony. Please view our Travel Tab for the exact times! Buses will then be taking guests back to the hotel after the reception. Remember that the venue does not allow the use of Uber or Lyft, so plan accordingly!
