When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than July 31st, 2025 through this website on the RSVP page. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Children are welcome if they are specifically noted on your invitation. Please let us know if your child is coming and will need a high chair. We look forward to celebrating with your little ones!

What time does the wedding ceremony start?
Answer
Because the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3 PM to ensure you are seated on time.

What time will the reception end?

The reception will wrap up at midnight, giving us plenty of time to celebrate together!

How do I let you know about dietary restrictions?

Please mention any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll ensure there are suitable options available for you.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Is there a specific parking arrangement at Holme Pierrepont Hall?
Answer
There is ample free parking available both in front of the house and outside St. Edmund's Church, which is situated next to the hall on the estate. Wedding guests can leave their cars for the duration of the celebrations, and with permission, can leave their cars overnight for collection the next day if needed.

We recommend using Uber or carpooling if possible, as there is limited parking space.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our professional photographer and videographer to capture the moments beautifully.

Is there a plan for inclement weather?
Answer
Don’t worry! Holme Pierrepont Hall has options for indoor ceremonies, ensuring that our celebration goes smoothly regardless of the weather.

Will there be dancing at the reception?

Absolutely! We have planned for lots of dancing and fun, so bring your dancing shoes!

Where can we stay overnight?

We have a hotel room block at The Lace Market Hotel. When booking, please mention Ally and Martin's wedding for the reserved rate

What do I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can’t not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

A note on goodbyes
Answer
If you feel the urge to sneak out without a formal farewell, we totally understand. Just know that your presence means the world to us, whether you say goodbye or not. Enjoy the celebration!
