Travel Note
Parking + Shuttle
There is no street parking and cars without zone parking permits will be ticketed. We highly encourage the use of ride-share services, such as Uber and Lyft. If you drive and need parking, please park at TagB Secured Lot, 2401 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington DC, 20060 (next to Howard University Hospital). The parking fee is $15. A private shuttle bus will bring you to our home, making multiple trips from the parking lot between 4:00 - 5:00 PM. If you miss the shuttle bus, the walk is 10 minutes OR a 5 minute Uber/Lyft.

UNION STATION - AMTRAK DC Short Uber or Lyft ride to our home in 10-15 minutes or less! REAGAN NATIONAL AIRPORT Reagan National Airport (DCA) is located south of the city along the Potomac River and offers a full range of domestic flights on major regional and commuter airline carriers. An Uber or Lyft ride to city center is about 10-20 minutes depending on traffic. There is a DC Metro station adjacent to the departure terminal via the Yellow and Blue lines. DULLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Dulles airport (IAD) serves the capital area with domestic and international flights. This airport is located in Northern Virginia, about 26 miles west of downtown DC. An Uber or Lyft ride to the city center is about 45-60 minute depending on traffic.
