What is the difference between regular and preferred rooms?

I can't make it, will you be live streaming the ceremony?

We are working with the resort to live stream for our loved ones who can't make it! More info will be updated closer to the big day!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If we have not already discussed that your invite includes a plus one guest, then it is safe to say the invite is solely for you. You are more than welcome to bring whom you like to Mexico, however our actual wedding events are strictly invites only. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

When should I book my room?

Answer

As soon as possible! We have reserved a block of rooms with a deposit and the sooner you book, the easier it is for us to know if we need to add more rooms to our block. The rooms can, and do, sell out so booking early is ideal!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be beach formal! Linen pants and button ups or polos for the men, and for the women maxi dresses or cocktail dresses. Definitely rethink the heels, sandals are encouraged due to sand and outside reception sites.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

Yes, you do. In order to be included in the wedding activities you have to stay at Secrets or Dreams Playa Mujeres. You can book here: http://www.barefootbridal.com/alexandrakevinn

Are my kids also invited to the wedding festivities?

Answer

You are more than welcome to bring them to the resort, as Dreams is family friendly, however we are unable to have them at the wedding due to restrictions. Arrangements can be made for a babysitter. The children of the wedding party are exceptions.
