To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 15th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the wedding invite and in the RSVP section. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation be in attendance. Thank you for understanding :)
Adult only occasion. While we love your little ones! We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an 18+ event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We are requesting our guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Fragrance-Free celebration: We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or strongly scented products. Some of our loved ones have sensitivities and allergies, and your consideration helps ensure everyone can fully enjoy the day with us. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support!
Guests may start arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. We kindly ask that all guests be seated at least 10 minutes before the time listed on your invitation. Yes, there is parking at the top of the hill on the gravel rocks. A shuttle will be provided to bring you down the hill to the ceremony. The bus will stop 10 minutes before the ceremony starts, so please be on time so you do not have to walk down the hill and miss our big day. Late guests may enter after the bridal party entrance. Please stand on the farthest side of the aisle or sit in the back.
We have hired an INCREDIBLE photographer and videographer to capture our special day. We kindly ask that you refrain from any and all use of photo/video devices during the ceremony. So, we can all be present for our big moment!
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully), the ceremony will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and stay hydrated throughout the day.
We will have 3 signature drinks ONLY on us that night! -- the hangover is on you! We want you to have the best time and arrive home safely. Please be sure to have a designated driver or get an Uber/ Lyft. All cars MUST be removed at the end of the night after the reception has ended. No cars are permitted to stay at the venue overnight, so drink responsibly. Yes, security will be enforced! There will be police officer's present.
