You’re requiring COVID-19 Vaccination?

Answer

At the moment, per the Government of PR and the Department of Health, events larger than 50 people must require guests to provide COVID-19 vaccination status. If you are not vaccinated you must present a negative COVID-19 test the day of the event (Rapid antigen test are OK). If you already sent in your proof of vaccination, you do not need to provide a negative COVID-19 test the day of the event.

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing team of photographers and videographers, LoveBear & Blue Couch Productions, who will be capturing this special moment — and we're inviting each of you to sit back, relax, and just enjoy how the wedding feels. We're respectfully asking that everyone consider leaving all cameras and cell phones off. Of course we will be happy to share our ceremony photos/videos with you afterward! Don't worry, as soon as the ceremony ends, you are free to capture as many memories as you wish! :) The greatest gift you can give us today is just being fully here with us in this special moment.

How does the Shuttle from San Juan to Hacienda Siesta Alegre work?

Answer

For our guests staying in the metro area we will be coordinating a shuttle for the event so nobody has to drive :) The shuttles will be leaving from El Caribe Hilton. If you are not staying at this hotel and still would like to ride the shuttle, you can do so, simple park your car in the hotel and meet everyone in the lobby by 3:30pm. The shuttle will leave around 3:30pm and return at 12:00am once the reception is over.

Will there be parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, Hacienda Siesta Alegre has parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "plus one", then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

If my partner can't make it, can I bring a friend instead?

Answer

Unfortunately plus one's are not "transferable", if your partner cannot make the wedding we would prefer if it was just you.

If I don't live in Puerto Rico, should I stay in Río Grande for the whole weekend?

Answer

That is up to you, but we recommend staying in Isla Verde or Condado since it is closer to the airport and metro area. We are working out a room block at The Caribe Hilton. Please text Julian directly for more information.

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, once we send out the invitation you can let us know your meal preference.
