Shuttle

The shuttle will leave from the AC Hotel entrance (727 E Market Street) at 3:45 p.m. for the Botanical Gardens and return to the same location at the end of the night. If you plan to use the shuttle but are not staying at the hotel, please text Ali (502.753.9900) so that we can ensure that everyone has a seat. For those not using the bus, ride shares are readily available.
Hotel
We have blocked rooms in this hotel for our out-of-town guests. Please use the link below to reserve a room for the weekend. Of note, there will not be any events at the hotel, but it has a great lounge and is located in a fun part of town ("NuLu") with many nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes driving from the botanical gardens, where the ceremony will be held, and approximately 11 minutes driving from the airport.
Flight
The Louisville airport is located approximately 10 minutes driving to the Waterfront Botanical Gardens and to the AC Hotel Downtown.
