Is there a dress code?

Friday - Grey Eagle Welcome Party & Concert Fun dancing attire. Whatever goes! We will have our professional photographer and videographer present. Dress to impress if you choose! - or wear your pjs, we don't mind! Saturday - Wedding Day! at Weaver House -Tropical Disco Chic- Florals, sequins, velvets, fun patterns and fabrics Think disco chic NOT disco costume Sunday - Post Wedding Celebrations at Cabins of Willow Winds July is Asheville can be hot, this is a day party so the sun may be shining! Suggestions: Sunscreen, comfortable cloths, swim suit, items suitable for a backyard gathering

Can I bring a date?

Our capacity limits how many guests we can accommodate. Your invitation will indicate invitees.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding on Saturday is for Adults Only. You may bring your kids to other events throughout the weekend. Friday's concert event may be loud, if you choose to bring your children, consider ear protection. Sunday's day party is at the Cabins of Willow Winds - there are playgrounds, trails and other fun activities for all ages.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available and free! Grey Eagle - parking lot and street parking. Carpool, Uber, Taxi, Lyft, AVL Ride Weaver House - parking is available behind the venue off Georgia Ave. Overnight parking is encouraged if you plan to indulge.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know if there are any major allergies. We plan to have a large variety of food but do want to keep everyone happy and healthy!
