Garden wedding attire. Meaning dinner and dancing will be held on the lakeshore on the grass; please plan accordingly for footwear.

Will Shuttles Be Provided To & From Reception?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided for all hotel guests staying at The Holiday Inn Express and the Best Western to and from The White Bear Yacht Club following the ceremony. 4:00 pm - Shuttles start from The Holiday Inn Express, then to The Best Western for drop off at White Bear Yacht Club. They will run continuously until all guests are at the venue for the reception. 7:45 pm - Return Shuttles from White Bear Yacht Club to hotels begin and are available at 8:45, 9:45, 10:45 and 11:45.

What is the average temperature for June in Minnesota?

The average high is around 79 degrees and the low can be 60 degrees; we suggest dressing in layers and having a light jacket or shawl for the evening as the dinner and dance will be held outside in a tent.

How to bypass the traffic on the Wisconsin / Minnesota boarder?

They are doing construction on the highway near the Wisconsin/Minnesota boarder which can have an effect on the number of open lanes. Please check your GPS on your phone to see if there are any major delays caused by this, if so please see the below: Take 94 West to Robert’s exit Hwy 65 north then follow to County Road E and take a left. Take all the way to County Road E/ County Hwy E take another left. Follow for 7.4 miles until you hit a roundabout, take 2nd exit for Wi-35/ Cty Highway E, then at next roundabout take 2nd exit for Wi- 64/State Highway 64. Road name changes to Mn-36/ State Highway 36. Take 36 west to 694 West to Hwy 61 North to White Bear Lake.
