What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Kindly arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the start time.

Yes - our dress code is semi-formal wedding attire.

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun evening out!

Is there parking?

Yes - valet parking will be available upon arrival at The Arbor Loft.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - When you RSVP, one of the entree options provides you the opportunity to note your food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please reach out to Ally sooner rather than later to ensure that your needs are met. (585) 773-0135. *All 3 entree options are both gluten free and nut free*

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors in an air-conditioned space. Guests are also welcome to enjoy time on the outdoor patio throughout the evening.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You can find recommended hotel options under the "Hotel" tab. We are not holding a formal room block but have arranged discounted rates with both hotels. The hotels suggest booking early to ensure availability.
