“I have blocked off 10 rooms, a mix of King Beds and 2 Double Bedded Rooms. The rate is a flat $79.00 for a king or a double plus the 15% tax. The dates booked are November 22-24, 2019, if a guest wants to stay an extra day or check-in a day earlier the rate will remain the same. When your guest call they should ask to book a room under the "Scott/Lightfoot Wedding". They will need to secure the room with a credit card, which is not charged until check-out, thus when they check-in if they want to change the card or pay cash they can do so at that time.
