Question

What dates should I book?

Answer

There is a 3 night minimum to qualify for the room block pricing. Otherwise, you will have to pay regular room rates which are more expensive than the rates we have secured for our room block. Guests are encouraged to book their rooms for November 6th-9th, as we do plan do have a fun and relaxing day together after the wedding. You are more than welcome to join us as early as November 5th as well!

Answer

We highly recommend using our link provided on the Travel & Reservations tab to book your stay. The link provided will take you to our personalized travel website where you can book in our room block.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Roundtrip airport transportation will be provided by us! You will receive an email from our travel agency with instructions on how to submit your flight info. Flight information should be submitted no later than 60 days prior to your arrival.

If I have questions regarding travel or the resort, who should I contact?

Our dedicated travel agency Luxury Travel Boutique at info@experienceluxetravel.com or 419-877-7897. The agency's normal operating business hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST. Emails and phone calls are returned within one business day.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Every person traveling to Mexico will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take several months. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
