Although we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration.
We ask that guests arrive by 5:30 PM so we can begin our ceremony promptly at 6:00 PM.
We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Fort Collins, under the name "Balsley Wedding", group code 504. You must reserve a room by June 5, 2026, if you wish to book under our room block. Alternatively, there are many lovely local Airbnbs and nearby hotels.
A complimentary shuttle will be available to transport guests to the ceremony from the Hilton Fort Collins and from the reception back to the hotel—the shuttle will depart for the ceremony at 5:00 pm. The shuttle with pick up guests from the reception at 11:00 pm. We invite you to take advantage of this service for a safe and easy return.
We ask that you do not bring additional guests unless they are specifically named on the invitation.
