Respectfully, no LOL. We want this part to just be us and keep it as a moment we have together. It’s going to be a short and sweet ceremony up on top of Peace Hill. After this part, we will walk down to Hawksnest beach, which is where we do invite you if you want to see us immediately post getting hitched! We will be doing some photos down there before we go to dinner. I am planning to have some champagne- if it’s allowed since it’s all basically a national park. If you plan to come see us at the beach before dinner please let me know. I am going to *try* and see if there is a way I can get a couple cars booked to bring us all to dinner afterwards so I’ll just need to know how many people I need to fit.
I have made reservations for our group to have a dinner celebration at La Tapa at 6pm. This is located within walking distance from the ferry dock in Cruz bay so for those of you who choose to stay in St Thomas it will be easy for you to get back afterwards. The dinner is our thank you for traveling so far for something so informal. We know it’s a huge ask for you all to travel here and us not do your typical wedding. Neither of us ever wanted a big to do, so this is kind of our compromise at doing what we genuinely wanted while also giving our close family to option to be a part of it if they choose to do so!
Sure!!!! One of our plans that I have booked is to do all day boat excursion around the islands on Saturday March 22. So, if anyone else would like to join us that would be awesome! It will be with Voodoo Charters and we are doing the “pizza pi & the USVI” it starts at 10:00am and goes until 4:00pm. They provide lunch, snacks, OPEN BAR!!!! If you want to book it please do! After trying to plan a “wedding” I really do not have the desire to plan activities for every day. I think it will be much more of a wing it type of thing. We would love to still do stuff with everyone, but please also keep in mind this is our honeymoon as well so there will be some days that we are just going to do our own thing!!
