When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by June 15th.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Life happens - we know that. However, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 4:30pm and no later than 4:45pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. If you are running late, we ask that you do not interrupt the ceremony and join us during cocktail hour at 5:30pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are hotel accommodations on-site! The Grand at Bedford Village Inn! If you would prefer to stay off-site, there are several hotels in Bedford-Manchester area (DoubleTree, Hampton Inn, Four Points by Sheraton, Holiday Inn, etc.) Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation for those staying off-site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love and adore your little ones. Unfortunately, due to limited space and an adult-only atmosphere, we are unable to accommodate any children.

Is there a dress code?

Garden Semi-Formal. Cocktail attire and suits please!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and set budget, we are only able to accommodate those who have a Guest included in their invitation. If you are unsure if you have a guest, please check your RSVP.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?
