The year was 2023, and somehow a dating website actually did its job. Our first date was in Manor, Tx where Alex happened to be living at the time. Harrison kindly drove an hour to meet her. The night started at Casa Garcias where we spent more time talking and laughing than actually eating. When dinner ended, we realized we weren't even close to done with each other, so we went to his truck and found a local park to sit and talk even more. Like teenagers with no curfew we were probably there for another few hours. Eventually, he drove me back to the restaurant and walked me to my car, kissing me goodnight, and yeah - that pretty much sealed the deal. Turns out, that night was just the beginning of everything.
