Carolyn is Alexandra's cousin who grew up right down the street from her. From directing our childhood living room plays, countless sleepovers and mountain house weekends, yearbook class, attending UNC together, Harper/Maple play dates, and everything in between, Carolyn has been there for it all. She may be far better at adulting and budgeting than Alexandra, but she doesn't know nearly as much about sports, so there's that.
Harold Ramsey
Best Man/Father of the Groom
Grayson's dad. One of his best friends, and as cliche as it might sound he is truly Grayson's role model. Whether it be attending any NC State athletic event available, or chasing down the latest hot dog joint around Raleigh, Harold and Grayson are the fortunate father-son duo to have many common interests. If you're looking for some small talk at the wedding, bring up anything NC State related and Harold will be locked in.
Paige Baum

Alexandra's best friend from childhood. Paige and Alexandra first met when they were 3 years old. From elementary school through high school, gymnastics, cheerleading, and everything in between, Alexandra and Paige have been inseparable.
Adam Peterson

One of Grayson's best friends in Greensboro. Shortly after Grayson moved to Greensboro he met Adam and the two become close immediately. Although they may be diametrically opposed on the college sports fandom spectrum, they have always been able to share a laugh over any topic possible.
Chelsea Robinette
Bridesmaid
Chelsea and Alex met during their sorority rush and immediately hit it off. Chelsea became Alex's best friend and college roommate. Chelsea is an enthusiast of Chacos (she promised not to wear them to the wedding), Grateful Dead, and encourager of non-pink decor.
Kendall Joyner

Grayson's family moved next door to Kendall's when they were five, and they've been best friends ever since. They went to high school together, managed a pool together, drove across the country together, and Kendall still somehow chooses to call Grayson a close friend! Kendall has long been the grounded, pragmatic yin to whatever it is that is Grayson's yang. LADIESSS he's single. Also, a professional mixologist at one of the most hip spots in Austin, TX -- so if you need a cocktail, ask KJ!
Jackie LeCompte

Alex and Jackie also met through their sorority and quickly became best friends/roommates. Nurse Jackie can always be counted on for medical advice, organization tips, random cookie drop-offs, and encouraging outdoor activities.
Kyle Henn

Kyle is one of Grayson's best friends in Greensboro. They met through mutual friends, and have spent some time as roommates. Kyle puts up with Grayson's continual taunting of all things Philadelphia sports, some would say only because he feels indebted to Grayson for babysitting his sons when they were still in diapers!
Rachel Rice
Bridesmaid
Alex and Rachel met in a law school Facebook group and agreed to become roommates. They remained roommates all three years of law school. Rachel is one of the funniest people you will ever meet. She can be counted on for spontaneous activities, fashion advice, and original dance moves.
Ryan Potenski
Groomsman
Ryan and Grayson met through Tyler, actually, and have been close since then. Having spent countless Sundays watching football together, Grayson and Ryan remain close. Ryan is one of the few in Grayson, Alex, Harper, and Mr. Scruffles' "bubble," and we begrudgingly have to admit that he may be the one person Harper gets more excited to see than ourselves.
Elizabeth Ramsey

Elizabeth is Grayson's sister, day-of engagement photographer, cookie-cake baker, party-thrower, and jack of all trades. Even though Grayson refused to introduce Alex and Elizabeth for an absurd period of time, she really sealed the deal when he did.
Tyler Marlowe
Groomsman
Tyler is Grayson's best friend from college, where they met when Tyler was pledging for their fraternity. Tyler moved to Greensboro shortly after Grayson, and the two lived together for several years. Whether it be going to State games, traveling to see Phish or some other show, or simply a quick trip on their old favorite "TJ Maxx-Stein Mart" circuit, Tyler and Grayson spent a ton of time bopping around Greensboro.
Lauren Gebhard

Alex and Lauren work together as Guilford County Assistant Public Defenders. While Lauren and Alex have known each other for less than three years, their friendship was almost instant when Alex started her job. Lauren had a front-row seat to the beginning of Alex and Grayson's relationship and happily third-wheeled more of their dates than she might like to admit.
Alan Clarke

Alan grew up down the street from Grayson, and the two have been best friends since they were kids. They went to elementary school, middle school, and high school together, and Alan was always a gracious host when Grayson visited in Boone, NC. Alan has always been a kind, loyal friend that still makes time even though he's living the fast life in the bright lights and big city of NYC!
